Technical Specifications:

• Mix Ratio (by weight): 2 (Clearcoat) : 1 (Hardener) : 0.4–0.6 (Thinner)

Recommended Combinations by Temperature:

• 5°C to 15°C: Lacquer + Fast Hardener + Fast Thinner
• 15°C to 25°C: Lacquer + Normal Hardener + Normal Thinner
• 25°C to 35°C: Lacquer + Slow Hardener + Slow Thinner

• Pot Life: 2 hours @ 25°C after mixing with hardener
• Viscosity: 17–22 seconds (DIN 4 cup at 20°C)

Spray Gun & Air Pressure Settings:

• Gravity Feed: 1.2–1.5 mm nozzle
• Suction Feed: 1.5–1.7 mm nozzle
• Air Pressure: 1.8–2.0 bar

Surface Preparation:

• Ensure all wax, oil, and contaminants are removed with a suitable degreaser before application.

Application Guidelines:

• Coats: Apply 2 to 2.5 coats
• Film Thickness: 40–60 µm
• Flash-Off Time Between Coats: 5–10 minutes at 25°C
